I have taken the DP2 Merrill out for some of my customary shooting the last two mornings. These pictures mostly are razor sharp and with beautiful bokeh. But one thing I have learned is that if the red indicator is on suggesting that your shutter speed is low for hand-held, it is probably right. The pictures look okay in the preview but I haven’t hung around for the processing to end to double check and some of my shots have turned out blurry.
So no more trying to shoot everything at 100 ISO.

And we’ll end with a couple of shots from consecutive mornings. I went back to shoot the puddle without the contrail in it, but the puddle was gone too, so I had to come up with a slightly different picture.
